Order Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-10 business days.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may have already been processed or shipped.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
